My blood pressure was 150/80 but through diet and exercise i have brought it to 140/80 since 6 months and still going
I am absolutely fit and fine and my MD wants me to bring it to 130/80 throught lifetyle only without medicine
But my only concern is my eco report which is absolutely fine except mitral valve peolapse with mild regurgitation heart percentage is also 60 percent
Plz advise should i start meds or control BP through lifestyle changes?
