High bp and headache
I have headache basically in half portion sometimes in full portion from one week and feeling cold like headache side nose. Feel uncomfortable when anyone speek loud/shout from one year. I have high bp for 4 years(not permanent)and anxiety. Also feeling hottness in both eye. Guide me what is my problem.

Hi, by your description sounds like sinusitis headache or migraine . Check your blood pressure next time you have headache if >140/90 mm hg it could be due to high blood pressure. For now do steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil twice a day , will help if there is sinusitis. If blood pressure reduce salt in diet avoid food rich in oil and salt like pickles. Introduce green leafy vegetables, fibre and seasonal fruits in your diet. Drink warm water.

It is definitely due to sinusitis and for now take tablet dolo650 and do steam inhalation and we need to start with antibiotic for avoiding recurrence
