  4. High BP and chest pain. After 10 pm!

I am 27 years old and suffering from chest pain. i take MET XL 50 at night but my bp still rises up to140/90 after 10 PM

Beta blocker is not strong antihypertensives need to start another group of drug CCB/ ARB, Consult cardiologist
