High BP & anxiety
I am suffering from anxiety issue from last two years & which also causes high blood pressure, I am taking allopathic medication (metocard XL 50 mg) but on a irregular way whenever I feel under stress) I want to take ayurveda medicine for this & also want to know if I can continue with my allopathic medicine with the ayurvedic medicine or I have to discontinue it

Ayurved  treatment has very good results but you should consult Ayurvedic consultant and  give proper history

What is your usual range for BP?. Medications are available to control BP in Ayurveda, but need to know if you have any other cardiac issues. According to recent guidelines  a low salt diet,more fruits and vegetables and daily exercise can reduce your systolic BP upto 11 points
