My HBA1C was 7.8.and I took Glykind M 1/2 tab because if I take full tablet it causes hypoglycemia.now pl advise which medicine I have to take to lower the blood sugar without having low sugar episode.Random checked was 177

There are a number of better options like full dose or Metformin, DPP Inhibitor and SGLT 2 Inhibitor before going for Gliclazide. The choice of drug depends on many factors and needs to be decided by a Diabetologist after detailed history.
