High blood sugar
I have diabetes since last 6-7 years. I take Galvus met 50/500 and telma H tablets daily. Recently since last 2 months my sugar levels have increased to 185-190 before breakfast . Do I need to change my medication.

Yes the fasting levels should be less than 130. You better get your fasting and post lunch sugars done from a lab.
