High blood pressure problem
My bp always flactuate from 130/96 to 150/90. I am not taking any medicine. Is it possible to control bp without medicine

Lifestyle measures like Exercise,Low salt low fat diet and regular moderate exercise like a brisk walk do help in the management of BP but you will need medication if your BP control goals are not being optimally met

BP monitoring by Home BP instruments twice everyday or at a Clinic.Get your teats dine to rule out target organ disease.This should include a CBC,RFT,LFT,Lipid profile,ECG ,Urine CUE
Health Tips
Take BP readings while relaxed and in a comfortable position.Avoid smoking ,tea,coffee for one hour prior to BP readings
