My wife is having high headach and when we measure found her BLood pressure also high, which may be the cause

No details about duration, other complaints and nature of headache. High Blood Pressure is one among many causes of headache. Normally BP range is very high like 180 Systolic or above. If high BP say 145/90 mm Hg. proper measures and medications to lower the BP has to be done. If headache persists even after BP is normal your physician will have to make efforts to detect the exact cause by proper clinical examination, related investigations, diagnosis and medication.
