High blood pressure
My age is 27 now and I have High blood pressure from last year Dr told me to do KUV of abdomen and there was stone so I had my surgery last year December PCNL
But my blood pressure is again high like 169/115. 170/110. 138/135 the only problem is headache please advise I attached some pic of reading BP

Your Blood pressure is persistently high (esp bottom one). You require complete evaluation and early treatment. Life style changes like reducing salt intake and doing regular exercise & stress reduction helps along with taking regular medicines. Best wishes.
