High Blood Pressure
I'm 26+ old and apparently got checked my BP and the result was 145/80 which I believe is too high.
Kindly provide your advice.

Hi, consecutive three or more readings in a span of 1 week are required to diagnose as hypertension.
I would suggest you to undergo two more.
