High Blood pressure
I m 22 years old and i have a normal BP but when i get angry my heart beats up really fast and i cn feel my heart beats in my chest which is very intense really very very intense i m just worried about it being very imtensed. I know anger imcreases your BP but mine really goes very high. Is it a big issue?

Hi, audible heart sound is called palpitation. I cannot judge the severity by your history ,need to be examined , palpitation quite normal for all, you better consult physician once .
