Hello..... One can have high blood pressure with other reports normal... That's why it's called essential hypertension... There are two types of hypertension primary and secondary ... Primary hypertension has no specific cause... Secondary hypertension develop secondary to other systemic problems like kidney . . But usually primary hypertension develop old orlate middle age
