I have posted my LFT report. Please tell me why is my bilirubin level is high. Should I need to worry?

It's only a mild elevation. It can be due to alcohol related, diet related, gall stones etc .You need to provide more details like your complaints, ultrasound report , previous reports if any. Consult a Gastroenterologist for further management.
