High ATG antibody
Hi Doctor, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 2 years back and recently my doctor asked me to thyroid antibodies test. I am unable to get pregnant and I had laproscopy which said ovary uterus tubes are normal. now I am having thyronorm-75mg and my tsh t3 t4 are normal range and Below is my thyroid antibody report, please let me know if. there is some problem.  Microsomal (TPO) Antibody,Serum- 12.7 IU/mL. lab reference - < 34.0 IU/mL and Thyroglobulin Antibody (ATG),Serum - 405.28 IU/mL, lab reference- < 4.11IU/mL.

Thyroglobulin antibody is raised Preconceptionally TSH should be maintained less than 2.5 Other reasons for the inability to conceive should be evaluated
