Great that you have recognized that something is disturbing your behavior. aggression can be due to several reasons and we can not rule out ones medical condition if your physical body is not functioning properly you ought to feel different and express in a not so normal way.please get your self assessed properly by a physician. other reasons can be when you are not happy from yourself you tend to project your unhappiness on others by blaming or by getting annoyed unreasonably,when we have self doubts we tend to hide our insecurities and in that process we generally cannot handle our anger. Please learn to channelizing your energy effectively this will help you handle your emotions appropriately,reason out your feelings and ask yourself is expression of anger /sadness is actually required at that particular time. Seek professional help If required.
