  4. HIGH ALT and A:G RATIO. I control it?

HIGH ALT and A:G RATIO
I'm 22 , and my ALT(SGPT) is 78 , and in the report it's written it should be below 50. SGOT is normal but A:G ratio is 2.06, whereas it should be below 2. Is this something very serious for me or can I control it?
