High alkyl phosphatase
My son is an iugr premature baby 1kg when born. 34 weeks 3 days. Currently 84 days old and 3kg. Baby has very high alkyl phosphatase (1039 IU/L). Have been suggested to take Ossopan -D 5ml thrice a day, zincovit 1ml once a day, toneferon 0.5 ml once a day. Hb is 8.4, calcium is 10.1, phosphorus is 6.1. I would like to know 1. what is the correlation between ca/phosphorus and alkyl phosphatase . 2.what are the effects of having high alkyl phosphatase.? Should I be worried? 3. Are the medicines suggested okay to be continued?
