Premature baby of 1.28kg born 34 weeks
Name of child— b/Jyoti Date n time of delivery— 23.05.20 at 02.47 pm Mode of delivery— LSCS Indication of LSCS— fetal distress ( loss of fetal movement ,  Doppler showing decreased flow in umbilical artery ) GA—33 wks 6 days Birth wt — 1.28 kg Condition at birth— sluggish cry, HR Below 100/min-after bag n mask ventilations cry and HR improved Condition at 5 min— RR-around 60 with mild groaning HR-around 120 Management- ivf 10% dextrose, inj ceftriaxone, inj amikacin, inj dexona Ventulatory support in form of CPAP at peep 4 RBS - one hr after birth 38- managed for this and glucose monitoring started One more hypoglycaemic episode observed on 24th morning Condition at 3.00 pm 24th may - RR around 70, HR around 130 Baby crying No feed started yet Urine stool passed and normal
