Hidradenitis Suppurutiva
Suffering from HS in Hurleys Stage 1 with mutiple recurring boils under the armpit. Have tried treatments ranging from Antibiotics (Augmentin), to Isotretinoin, to Ayurveda as well as Homeopathy without any results.

The best treatment for hidradenitis suppurativa is surgical excision. That is the only solution to cure the problem. However it requires large areas of skin to be removed and grafts to be placed to repair the surgical area. A more conservative approach is to open up the cysts and comedones using a LASER. This can be done as and when you notice new lesions developing. However in any conservative treatment recurrence will always be there. Antibiotics do play a major role in reducing infectious flares.
