I'm having hiccups from almost 24 hours. Sometime it does stop for about 30 mins or so, but continue again. And also the burp is trying to come out but it's not coming out. It stops near the throat. My stomach also seems to be bigger than usual.

Irritation of diaphragm results in hiccups.
Having normal warm water may help.
Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc.
