I have a problem with my neck. Fairer face and a dark tone neck. It decreases my confidence levels while doing anything.. I don't understand how its going to be removed. Tried a lot of home remedies.. But it doesn't work. Please help..

You might be suffering from Psuedo acanthosis  nigricans Which occurs in overweight individual and the only remedy is to loose weight.
