My baby age 7 months she crying continusly may be stomach pain i used cyclopan syrup after four hours she had fever i give paracetamol syrup .is it correct process

Other than fever and excessive crying what else is there? There can be a lot of problems presenting in that way. You have done right by giving Paracetamol. It will solve a trivial problem. But if crying and fever continue please visit a pediatrician. It requires s lot of patient examination to come to diagnosis.
