It looks like a case of lichen planus hypertrophicus. There are many treatment options for the same ranging from topical treatments to oral medications. In my experience, a topical steroid combined with an oral retinoid like acitretin might be of help.
You can consult your dermatologist for the relevant investigations and choosing the correct treatment option for you.
