Hetrogenous fusiform
She had a 5*2*2.8 cm hetrogenous fusiform welldefined lesion seen in right neck extending posterio lateral sternocleidomastoid muscle. A small extension of lesion is seen towards cervical neural foramen. A small similar lesion seen extending laterally in bilateral para spinal region. Bilateral submandibular and parotid glands are normal.
