Hello, The description provided by you here is quite brief, and further details would be required to understand your health condition better. However the brief description does suggest a need for comprehensive assessment. I would strongly urge you to consult a psychiatrist near you at the earliest. The assessment is likely to include a evaluation of your complaints and their progress over time, a detailed psychological interview of yours, some blood and psychological investigations. Further comment about management can be dine after evaluation only. However a combination of medication and psychological intervention may be well suited. Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future.

Your brief description seems to indicate at likely anxiety symptoms which basically are set of some dysfunctional psychological and physical symptoms like tension, worries, fearfulness, negative ruminations including sometimes physical symptoms like palpitations or shaking sweating etc. This can be generalised or situation specific. In severe form it can start to have significant impact on the person and their functioning.
Next Steps
Meet a psychiatrist for further assessment and to determine underlying cause to plan appropriate treatment. Anxiety symptoms are very much treatable.
Health Tips
Practice relaxation through yoga, meditation, breathing exercise. Start practicing mindfulness of being present to your emotions without fighting with them. Address any underlying stresses. Treatment usually is through cognitive behavior therapy and medicine if necessary
