Herpes Zoster
Hello doctor! I was infected with herpes zoster 2times within an year. Once in Jan and once in April. In jan I had lesions in different places(4 near armpit, 2 near the waist and 1 in legs) followed by right hand pain for one month. In April, whole right side face was effect from my ear to chin, with a lot of pain which even caused sleep disturbance. I was given acyclovir, antihistamine and paracetamol both the times. Why does this come? Is it serious? Will this recur? What can I do about this and the scars left by after it? Please give your valuable advice about this.
