Greetings. Laboratory reports are understood in terms of clinico-lab correlation and isolated reports do not make sense without clinical data. However given your reports, most viral markers are non reactive and HSV 1 IgG reactivity just denotes an exposure at any point in the past and need not be treated actively unless some other point favors the same. HSV IgM reactivity would have suggested recent or ongoing infection and would have merited treatment.
