Its called as post inflammatory scars / hyperpigmentation, Scars means any pits or depression(atrophic) in the skin surface or elevated (hypertrophic)above the skin . Hyperpigmentation /black spots -  only colour changes in skin otherwise surface is normal. You need to use skin lightening creams in the night with a sunscreen  in the morning must. So plz send clear photo   so that i can tell you accurately what is that wether its scar or black spots or hyperpigmented scar...on that basis only we can suggest you treament or procedure.
Next Steps
please dont use demelan in the morning &even aziderm... also....kindly use in the night and sunscreen in the morning like sun ban forte cream
