But the IgM level and IgG level were 0.1 and 0.4 respectively, not 0.

It takes time for antibodies to get back to normal
So nothing to worry
If you get a recurrent herpes infection which is common with herpes , consult a dermatologist

These are with in normal limits only.
Our body will have memory B cells which are immune cells which fight against various antigens( virus, bacteria,particulate antigens).
IgM will slowly go down while Ig G will continue for more time.
Don't worry with your report.
Take good diet , veggies, fruits, eggs and balanced diet that help to build up your immunity. Can take multivitamin tablets for a month .Check out your sugars regularly and avoid stress.herpes do have recurrence which is preventable.
