I dont have any herpes symptoms till date, and my term insurance medical report also showed herpes report as negative.
But the value of IgM antibodies level was 0.4, it should be 0 right?

You can repeat your test once froma different laboratory. There may be old infection. Once infected with herpes simplex virus, one becomes a chronic carrier of the virus.
