Hernia problem

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I had hernia operation in July of this year then for one month I took rest and then from September I started to go work.. now 3 and half months are over.. I have pain again where mesh has put by my surgeon.. I feel bcz of more work and bcz of cold weather I am getting this pain again.. what I have to do now?
