Hernia abdomen
I am now over 69 years old. I have Hernia in right lower abdomen for more than one year.The size has grown a little more but there is no pain. Due to risk of corona I want to have treatment at home and online consultation. What should I do? What medicines to take? I am already on heart medication for last 9 years.

You can have hernias at this age, which is not much of an issue, as with age the muscles get lose.
