Please suggest good herbal toothpaste for sensitive teeth. Is Patanjali dant kanti good toothpaste? It has fluoride. Is it safe for kids (11 years old)? Is fluoride necessary in toothpaste? How about other brands like Vicco, dabur red etc. OR should I use tooth powder or neem twigs? My son is 11 years old and having autism. He learnt to brush on his own with some help. He spits the toothpaste out. That's not a problem, he cannot do oil pulling. I am looking for good chemical free natural toothpaste not having any harmful ingredients. Please recommend. Thanks in advance.

Twigs of Nim/Pomogrenate/karanj/vajradanti/Babul/Pilu/Lodhra/Arka would really better but we lost the instinct to share with our kids rest is Ad market go with suitability
According to our guidance I will prefer to us manjan powder instead of paste ......manjan powder is comparable good
