Hello I am taking equally mix ingredients of °Ashwagandha churan(100gm)I °Shatawar(100gm) °Coanchbeej(100gm) °Safed musli(100gm) & 100 gms of dhaage vaali mishri (grinded) 1 table spoon two times daily with hot milk. Is this beneficial for me and is there any side effect? If yes then what precautions or better diet supplement should i take Thank you mam/sir

All are good herbs used for increasing strength,  immunity and Ojas. But it's not complete diet supplement as the ingredients don't  have amino acid, Zn,  K multi vitamins in proper quantity.
