Sir i underwent sonography it shows enlarged liver and spleen Liver size-18.5cm Spleen size-13 cm CBC-report-ok But ESR-26 Liver profile-ok Kidney profile-BUN(7.94) decrease Lipid profile-cholestrol-210 (high) Sugar-nil Thyroid-nil Sir i wanted to knew that it is mandatory to consult or not Compulsary treat ment is necessary or not
