Sir,i m facing gallbladder multiple stone size appx 7mm small calculi within lumen. And liver is mildly enlarged in size 17.8 cm. And shows diffuse increase in liver parenchymal echogenecity of fatty liver grd I. Splenomegaly. Is their operation required
