Do we need to avoid non veg for hepatitis B. Please let me know the food restrictions for hepatitis B.

For your problem of hepatitis B there no specific food restrictions. Secondly avoid fatty and spicy diet and non veg also. Avoid food causing stresses on liver. Avoid to take infected food .

Hello, it’s nothing specific to avoid or include for hepatitis B. But it’s better to avoid stress to the liver. So include more fluids & bitter foods. Also avoid oily & fatty foods esp non veg. To know more or for any other concern you can contact me online or visit the clinic.
