  4. Heparin in pregnancy. The injection?

Heparin in pregnancy
Hi doctors, I am now 33 weeks along in pregnancy after 3 losses!! I am on 40 mg LMWH prophylactic due to Mthfr and APA positive.. Till when do I continue the injection?? Am scared to stop in fear of clotting and something happening to baby :(

You will have to continue till your Gynaecologist decides about the date of your Caesarean. Then you will stop Heparin one week before the date of Caesarean.
