I have 2 lumps for 4or 5 years on anus opening I lump is size of pea and other is big size like cluster and both are soft and painless .Some times before I get a new pea size lump and it's painful .

what you have may be a fissure in ano. if it's troubling u, then better to get it removed with surgery.
