  4. Lump above anus. Can you please advice?

Lump above anus
A few days ago, I noticed this lump above my anus. I have chronic haemmorroids, but I dont think this one is. It comes and goes and worsens when I am standing for long hours or exercising. It is also a bit hard to touch, like a pimple or bump. Can you please advice?
