Hemorrhoids
Hello, I had gone through a Hemorrhoid Surgery 7-8 years back. I had a lump near the anus and the same used to bleed during motion. Since that surgery my condition was fine. However, I saw blood in motion only when I ate some kind of heat food items the previous day. But no pain. Since couple of years, after I pass motion another lump showed up only after the motion and used to subside after few minutes. Last Thursday and Friday I consumed alcohol and also had excess non-veg food. On Saturday, when I passed motion them lump showed up and it still exists which is never the case otherwise. It's been burning and itching. It's very uncomfortable too but no bleeding at all . I tried applying pure aloevera gel and also did Sitzbath. Today the pain has reduced, but the lump still exists. Please advice what measures to be taken to get rid of this. I don't want to go through another surgery.

Hi.... Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day.... Don't use dry toilet paper. To help keep the anal area clean after a bowel movement, use moist towelettes or wet toilet paper that doesn't contain perfume or alcohol. Apply cold. Apply ice packs or cold compresses on your anus to relieve swelling. With these treatments, hemorrhoid symptoms often go away within a week. See your doctor if you don't get relief in a week, or sooner if you have severe pain or bleeding. Consult surgeon....
