Hemorrhoids
As you can see in the picture I got external piles swollen and now I ask what should be my next steps to solve this problem and what treatment I should go for. It's not painful and I'm not constipated as well and I first noticed this problem of constipation and plies in August 2021.

First you need a proctoscopy.Avoid having constipation. Visit to a general surgeon for having proctoscopy.
