Hemoglobin
My cbc count for hemoglobin is 16.9, what is the cause if it? how to lower it? Is it ok to exercise after work to decrease it?

Hello, take a second test in another lab. Don't worry. It's too hot,so dehyration, concentrate the blood, nothing else.ok.
