First u check the diet u r following is iron rich foods and balanced nutrition or not.
Loss in haemoglobin there are many reasons
Piles,not having nutritious diet,etc
For increase in haemoglobin take
Green leafy vegetables
Beetroot pomegranate dates carrots
Vitamin C is important for absorption of iron.Have lemon ,citric fruits ,amla.
Avoid tea n coffee not more than two times a day.
Include non veg in ur diet like liver.
Drink water 16glasses daily.
Dry fruits like munakka,raisin,figs etc

U need to take iron rich foods and vit c rich foods too coz vit c helps in iron absorption. Iron rich foods include dates, nuts like walnut almond, flax seeds, black til, sesame seeds, green leafy veges like spinach and fenugreek and amaranth. Vit c rich foods include all citrus fruits like lemon, orange, gooseberry.
Naturally the best way to increase heamoglobin is to take dark green leafy vegetables like spinach and bhindi. You could also have pomegranate which will also help you. For good blood health potassium (banana) and iodine (iodised salt) is also important.
