Hematoma Swelling

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have hematoma like swelling on my right thigh and left hip. It's been 3-4 years now when there was an accident and they first appeared and size is not small but is big and widespread. I've consulted many doctors they say this is fibrous growth nothing can be done of it. Pls I need solution to this who should I consult. Is there any treatment?
