How do i know that whether i am suffering from anemia? Because based on the symptoms shown in internet I think i am suffering from Anemia. I always feel weak, lazy, sleepy, tired...sometime i also have problem in breathing like i feel i am not able to inhale enough oxygen... My hemoglobin level i always low.. i frequently do get leg cramps...i am not able to run,climb,...

Hello Low Hb ( haemoglobin) level in blood is termed as anaemia. (HB<10.5 gm% in female  is termed as anaemia ).
Health Tips
u should take more green leafy vegetables,jaggery , dates,beetroot etc to increase your Hb level in blood.
