TREATMNT of Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia
Please suggest me a good Doctor Who can cure the illness of AIHA...
I was suffering from Ulcerative colitis but recently I was diagnosed with autoimmune hemolytic anemia along with splenomegaly. My Hb levels and RBCs are very low.
Can you suggest me a good Hematologist who can help me out and suggest me a remedy.
Previously Rituximab was also infused and currently I'm on 10 mg Prednisolone but there is no improvement in the Blood Picture.
