Anemia treatment
Recently I'm becoming weak and i underwent a test for anemia which resulted postive. I'm very sensitive to medication and want to know if any ayurvedic treatments are available for this

Hi,
First we have to understand the reason for anaemia, is it coz of ur food habits or any other health issues.
Don't do self medications pls Consult ur physician immediately for better results
Ayurveda has wonderful medicines for ur problem.
1.Pomegranate fruit is the beat supplement
2.Limiron Granules- Take 1 TSP with glass of warm milk twice daily for 3 months
