Hello there. I can understand your concern. No they are not the same. Stem cells collected from the bone marrow if they are transplanted in a patient we say it's a bone marrow transplant. But if the stem cells which are transplanted came from blood stream, then it's called stem cell transplant. There is a difference. Best regards.
