What are some tips that would be helpful to decrease the cholestrol levels and Triglyceride level in body .I had all the tests normal before work from home started .After a long year of work from home with no activities , i see my tests are not normal because of WFH ,lack of sleep and junk food . My cholesterol level is 250 and Triglyceride 180 .I think my tsh also increased due to this . I am on strict diet right now (no exercise yet) .Is there anything that can be suggested which i can follow for a period of one or two months and get myself tested again . I would like to try couple of strategies before going for any medicine
